Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a User Experience (UX) Researcher & Developer who is passionate about improving healthcare outcomes and can play a crucial role in shaping the future of our product. This role involves conducting user research, designing intuitive interfaces, building front-end experiences using no-code/low-code platforms, and managing our app’s back-end database.

Qualifications:

• Bsc Computer Science/Information Science

• Proven experience in UX/UI design for mobile applications.

• Proficiency in Flutter Flow and Bubble or similar no-code/low-code platforms.

• Strong understanding of SQL for back-end database management.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team.

• Passion for healthcare innovation and creating impact through technology.

Preferred Skills:

• Background in healthcare, particularly maternal and child health, is a plus.

• Experience with user research methodologies and ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data.

• Experience working on projects targeting underserved communities.

• Familiarity with voice-activated technologies and AI-based solutions.

What You Will Do:

• User Research:

  • Conduct user-centered research, including interviews, surveys, and usability studies, to understand user needs and behaviors in maternal healthcare.

  •  Analyze user data and translate insights into actionable recommendations to improve the app's user experience.

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to identify key features and functionalities.

• UX/UI Design:

  • Design user-friendly and intuitive interfaces for Awaaz-e-Sehat's mobile app.

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that reflect a seamless experience for users.

  • Ensure the app adheres to UX best practices, with a focus on accessibility for underserved populations.

• App Development:

  • Build and refine the front-end of the app using Flutter Flow and Bubble no-code/low-code platforms.

  • Collaborate with the development team to integrate designs into a functional app.

  • Test and troubleshoot the app to ensure it functions smoothly across devices.

• Database Management:

  • Manage the app's back-end database on SQL to ensure secure, efficient, and scalable data storage.

  • Work with the technical team to maintain data integrity, manage queries, and ensure optimal app performance.

• Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including healthcare experts, data scientists, and engineers, to ensure alignment with user needs and business goals.

  • Contribute to continuous product improvements through feedback from users and stakeholders.
